Opelousas Elderly Awareness Seminar (OEAS), in conjunction with the Opelousas City Marshal Office, believes solely in the duty of "Giving Back" and demonstrating that our Elders are NOT a forgotten generation. This is why we continue to host our various Elderly Awareness Seminars.
